We’re currently going through a significant period of growth, with an aim to double in size over the next 5 years.
We are now looking for a talented and experienced HR Business Partner (12 month fixed term) to join our BBC Studios People team, to focus on Organisational Design and Change Management in pursuit of growth.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of an HR Business Partner team partnering with our Brands and Licencing, Finance, Legal/Rights, Communications, HR, and Strategy teams.
Your role will be to act as a specialist/subject matter expert on organisational design, supporting operational HR Business Partners to work with their client base to ensure their design, capability, and operating frameworks give the organisation the highest chance of delivering our growth ambitions.
Using models such as RACI , you will quickly diagnose ways of working, processes and business flows and make recommendations for increasing efficiency.
You will project manage and coordinate organisational design activity across the client group, helping to monitor and maintain overall progress/activity.

- You’re an experienced HR Business Partner, with Organisational Design experience.
- You have experience of supporting commercial growth via impactful organisational design initiatives.
- You’re a great communicator with good influencing skills and will be able to confidently articulate proposals to stakeholders.
- Change management is one of your strengths.
- You will have to build deep relationships with your stakeholders, so you’ll need to be flexible and proactive.
- You will have strong project management skills.
- Previous experience of HR business partnering in the media sector would be advantageous.
