Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated and energised person to join the North West Surrey Health and Care Partnership. Bringing a wealth of HR, Workforce Planning, Retention and Organisational Development expertise, the postholder will play a pivotal role in the large-scale transformation which is being undertaken within North West Surrey to enable health and care to be delivered to patients via neighbourhood teams. The post holder will lead and manage the HR, workforce planning and OD elements of bringing teams together from multiple organisations that deliver functions as integrated teams. They will also play a key part to the recruitment and retention strategies across the Alliance to ensure that future workforce pipelines are established by leading the HR elements of rotational training posts and career enhancement schemes across providers.
