Job description
It's an exciting time to join our small and friendly HR & OD team, as we take on new services and their challenges. You will need to quickly build excellent working relationships and become a trusted partner to your designated management teams to ensure effective people management and change processes. You'll also provide expert advice and coaching on a variety of complex casework and employee relations issues. No two days will be the same and you will need to flexible in your working hours to support services that operate outside of office hours and over 7 days a week.
You will be an HR generalist, ideally with a CIPD qualification and have plenty of experience under your belt. You will need to be able to work under pressure, effectively advising and communicating on a variety of HR matters. You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of workforce planning and development, and an up-to-date understanding of detailed employment legislation.
