Salary: £48,000-50,000 per annum plus car/allowance, bonus, enhanced pension, private medical
Hours: 40 hours per week. Mon to Fri
Location: UK National role- hybrid working with a requirement to travel to Cannock when needed.

What will you be doing?
The HR Business Partner will work across the business line providing guidance and support to leaders on people related matters, ensuring the business has robust plans in place to have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, to achieve the yearly business plan and future business strategy and goals. The HRBP will build key relationships and undertake core activities to ensure our People objectives are met.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience of complex workforce planning within a large matrix organisation.
- Good knowledge and experience of talent mapping and succession planning.
- Knowledge of employee engagement.
- An experienced project manager who can deliver multiple strategic and high profile initiatives.
- Have a proven track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders in an operational environment on confidential and challenging issues.
- Minimum level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification. Chartered member of CIPD or working towards this with evidence of continuous professional development.
