As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for undertaking both operational and strategic level work, translating business requirements into effective HR practices across the campuses and driving change and challenging key stakeholders, ensuring HR is adding real value.

As our HR Business Partner, your role will include:
- Overseeing the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives, as the interface between professional HR and the business.
- Operating strategically and operationally, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives, involving the full range of employment lifecycle processes.
- Dealing with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.
- Facilitating discussions around change and restructures.
- Partnering with Senior HR Leaders and other HR colleagues in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives at the University to positively add value to both our business and colleagues.
- Provide consultancy and advice on all HR related matters, ensuring adherence to all legal and best practice obligations.
We are looking for people who are/have:
- Substantial experience of working as an HRBP/ similar level role, partnering up to executive leadership level on a professional, consultative basis.
- Experience of working in a stand-alone role.
- Proven policy work including researching, implementing and updating HR policies.
- CIPD qualified to Level 7 or significant similar previous experience.
