Location: Flexibly remote from one of our UK hubs (Bristol, Edinburgh, Harrogate, London, Manchester or Oxford)

Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator / Adviser role.
- Part or fully CIPD qualified
- Employee Relations experience, a good working knowledge of theory, legislation, and best practice, with an understanding of HR systems.
- Approachable, friendly, agile, and can-do mentality essential.
- Experience working in high growth, fast-paced environment, preferably a scale-up.
- Ability to think outside of the box, and creative problem-solving.
- A keen eye for detail, especially in creating internal material for global users.
- An interest in, and passion for HR, with an eagerness to develop own knowledge and skill in this area.
- High level of IT literacy in particular Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software, strong written and verbal communication skills

Summary of Role:
The HR Business Partner develops and coordinates the policies and activities of the UK People & Development (HR) department, ensuring the implementation of the organisation’s mission and talent strategy as well as legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Becoming a trusted advisor to our colleagues in the UK giving guidance on all HR-related topics from employment law to internal processes.
- Administration of People & Development programs including, but not limited to, all life cycle changes, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; and morale.
- Providing consistent People & Development advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with Anthesis Policy and Process across the full breadth of Employment law: Welfare, Reviews, AWOL, Performance, Disciplinary and Grievance etc.
- Proficient knowledge of Employment Law, including but not limited to, Right-to-Work procedures, compliance, GDPR, and general governance and data collection / protection.
- Support the business on initiatives that contribute to our overall deliverables e.g. JEDIA
- Support implementation and improvement of our People & Development tools and systems.
