Your new role
You will be challenging and influencing our people managers by providing advice and support on the full remit of HR including sensitive employee relations issues, absence management, performance, recruitment and professional development.
You will help managers to structure their teams well, getting the right people into the right roles with clear career pathways that play to individual’s strengths.
Beyond the usual HR policies, you will ensure our employees feel valued, are engaged with the business strategy and become advocates of the brand. There will be lots of opportunities to support and lead on a number of exciting transformational projects in line with the firm’s people-first HR strategy.
You’ll be
A commercially minded, experienced HR Advisor with great communication skills. You will have a passion for making continuous improvements and be keen to get involved in our people and business transformation projects.
