The Role: HR Business Partner
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with operational directors, acting as a strategic partner to drive high performance and engagement across PeoplePlus. You'll play a pivotal role in leading and advancing the People strategy within specific business areas, championing effective people management principles and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the People strategy in alignment with PeoplePlus business objectives.
- Partner with operational leaders to enhance people management practices and drive performance.
- Coach and advise managers to foster a highly engaged and motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to labour models and regulations.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and propose actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs to support leadership development.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, people management, and employment laws.
- Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive tangible results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate and influence.
- Proven track record of identifying HR-related challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel for key meetings as required. Ideally based in South Yorkshire / Midlands
