We have an opportunity for a full-time HR Business Partner to join the Mental Health & Learning Disabilities HR Operational Team.

The Provider Collaborative is looking for some focused support as we look to scale up on more collaborations across pathways. We are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to work alongside and in collaboration with the team to deliver some key workforce priorities.

This role is offered on the basis of a 2 year Fixed Term Contract. 37.5hrs/week.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational support to this team and to lead on HR projects and key priority areas. An experienced HR professional and strong influencer the ideal candidate must be able to work flexibly and demonstrate commitment to achieving our objectives. In return, we can be flexible and will be able to accommodate most hybrid working requests that are aligned to the business interest. From time to time you will be required to work on our trust sites as the need arises.

You should be CIPD qualified with a Master's Degree in HR Management (or equivalent experience) with proven experience of working in a senior human resources or workforce role within a complex organisation.
