Human Resource Business Partner
About the role
Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR & OD in the MRI.
As one of the HR Business Partners working in the MRI HR & OD team you will provide operational workforce support to assigned Clinical Service Units (CSUs).
The HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring the contribution of HR expertise to business decision making and develop innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy.
You will work alongside the CSU Director / Lead Nurse / Clinical Director and Operational Managers and their teams in identifying workforce issues and developing appropriate business focused workforce interventions; developing the people capability to support business planning.
The HR Business Partner will support the assigned CSUs to delivery their workforce performance targets, and this will involve supporting managers to identify how targets can be best achieved.

About you
Highly experienced HR professional who is familiar with working in a HR Business Partner model alongside senior managers and leaders. You will have experience in employment relations, organisational change, and organisational development.
We are looking for someone who can work under pressure in a fast pace environment and who is well organised. The successful candidate will have strong people skills, excellent interpersonal skills andoutstanding communication, negotiation, and influential skills.
