I have an excellent People Business Partner role working for a renowned Arts organisation based on the South Bank in central London. This position is for 12 months on a salary of £45,890 per year covering an internal secondment ideally working full time hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
Reporting to the Deputy Director of People, the People Business Partner will be part of a team providing an effective, efficient and professional HR service to the organisation, working strategically with staff and managers to provide advice, guidance and support to enable the organisation to achieve its objectives. Working closely with the People Operations, Resourcing and Development areas of the People team, the People Business Partners collaborate with the Advisors and Co-ordinators to ensure smooth-running of all aspects of the employee life cycle.
To be short listed for this position, you will need :-
- Previous experience of working in a generalist HR/People role, providing guidance and support to managers and staff
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR/People best practice
- Experience of using a database to analyse information and produce reports
- Flexible approach to People management, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and a variety of requirements within a large, complex organisation
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with the ability to think creatively to establish the best solutions to meet business needs
