We are looking for a proactive, forward thinking, strategic HR Business Partner (CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience) who is equipped and eager to support senior organisational leaders within a fast-paced and stimulating environment. A thought leader with excellent communication skills, you thrive on making a difference. You are a strong team player with sound change management experience, with the ability and drive to influence transformational change. You establish relationships and credibility quickly and have proven experience delivering expert, pragmatic solutions to a variety of complex matters.
You will work alongside a close team of HRBPs and the wider HR team. Taking a One HR approach, together we strive for continuous review and improvement to ensure we deliver a quality HR service. You will partner a number of senior leaders, across various schools and professional services within the University on business-as-usual matters and take the HR lead on some of the University wide strategic projects.
