Our Senior HR Business Partner will work very closely with specific business areas within the College, understanding both their operational and strategic goals to enable them to effectively partner and provide pro-active future people focused initiatives and solutions to achieve business success. They will have full accountability for the people agenda within their business areas, own the relationships with Senior Leaders and ensure engagement on delivery.
You will be the HR lead on strategic people initiatives for across the business. These initiatives are at different levels of maturity within the Business, and will be a great opportunity for the Senior Business Partner to be innovative and focus on both colleague and business need.
