The Opportunity

Due to internal successes and continued growth, an excellent opportunity is available for HR Business Partner to join the Diligenta People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for proactive individual who wants to shape the transformation of a business and initiative and lead HR projects during a period of change and growth.

You'll be:

• Developing, growing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Coaching, facilitating and implementing HR initiatives
• Providing input and expertise into delivery of people plans
• Providing frequent data analytics to key stakeholders/leaders/managers to help drive insight, trend analysis and actions
• Implementing effective people management strategies
• Providing input on ER matters where required by People Advice Hub and own complex case resolution
• Proactive preparation & leading of employee life cycle activity with line managers to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Contributing to the development and retention of talent such as via future leaders/graduate programmes

You should apply if you have:

• A curious and proactive personality
• End to end employee relations experience including complex disputes
• Track-record of successfully coaching and developing senior managers on on HR and ER matters in a complex environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong employment law knowledge
• CIPD Qualified or equivalent
