Role summary
As Clinisupplies continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced HRBP to join our growing team. This
role is critical to providing a seamless HR service, ensuring all people-related projects and programs are
executed in a timely and efficient manner; delivering good practice combined with commercially focused HR
solutions.
You will be a key player in shaping and executing the organisational and people agenda. You will have your
own business areas and be responsible for delivering core HR programs, ensuring we have the right
capabilities and talent for the future, all of which align with Clinisupplies values, goals and growth strategy.
You will need to collaborate effectively with the global HR and L&D team to bring the best collective expertise
to the business as we grow our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and determine the appropriate people interventions
which supports our business strategy and drives increased business performance
- Provide expert, timely guidance and support to managers on the full range of HR activities, including
recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, employee engagement, policies and procedures,
terms and conditions of employment, performance management, talent development, and
compensation and benefits
- Continuously seeking more efficient and simpler methods of working through the review of HR policies,
processes and systems
- Coach and develop line managers to deliver high levels of employment engagement and performance
- Partner with line managers to lead change initiatives and implement effective change management
programs for your own business group
- Support the CHRO in all HR led initiatives, such as talent development, performance management,
implementation of new policies and process and enhancing employee engagement
- Manage relationships with external providers and global partners to ensure cost effective and efficient
HR activities are delivered to global standards
- Build solid and trusting relationships with your business areas and the senior/executive leadership teams
- On an on-going and cyclical basis, support the areas of: talent reviews, salary reviews, agile performance
reviews, employee surveys and maintenance of our Investors In People (IIP) standard
- Ensure that our employee data is of the highest quality and contributing to the people metrics for your
assigned business area, including headcount, performance, talent, attrition, engagement etc., using data
to inform on HR actions and priorities
- Ensure compliance to local regulations, HR policies and standards
- Ensure HR is a positive ambassador for the Company values in everything we do, ensuring the values are
embedded and lived in our policies, processes and ways of working
*Skills and Experience Required:
*
- Preferably CIPD qualified
- Track record of building excellent relationships and credibility with senior business leaders based on a
solid commercial understanding
- Ability to think strategically and solve business issues with pragmatic and speedy solutions, going beyond
just delivering defined HR solutions
- Personal and career experience to comfortably guide and coach managers and team leaders
- Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills, delivering impactful messages and
influencing outcomes
- The ability to use data and internal/external insights to diagnose trends and shape the future of the
department.
- A bias for action, speed and a track record of delivering in a resourceful manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities and operate within tight deadlines
- Strategically driven but willing to work operationally when required
