About The Role

BrewDog are looking for super passionate addition to the people team to support the growth of the people and the business, and to help us achieve our ambition of being the best place in the world to work, ever. It’s no small task – we won’t settle for anything less than that, and you’ll play a key part in making it happen.

Supporting our HQ functions, this role is fast paced, varied and a lot of fun
Main Duties:
  • Develop and grow world class people and teams across our business to beyond their capability
  • Engage and retain crew at all levels
  • Articulate and implement BrewDog’s long and short term People strategy
  • Oversee the implementation of new policies and procedures as required by business circumstances or changes in employment law.
  • Work with leaders on best practice, coaching and giving the best opportunities for our crew to progress and develop
  • Be brilliant and fantastic so people want to spend time with you and as a result will drive the People agenda. Every day
This role is based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire with a requirement to be on site at least 4 days per week

About You

Skills / Experience
  • Believe in developing people to beyond their potential
  • A belting background in people stuff – hardcore generalist experience – if you have a manufacturing / production bias that would be ideal
  • Experience of creating and delivering ambitious People plans and delivering them. On time!
  • Awesome at measuring the true business impact our plans have on the business.
  • Be able to mobilise a whole army of followers with your infectious enthusiasm and credibility
  • Have experience working as an integral part a fun people team
  • The ability to surprise and delight – on an hour by hour basis
