We now are now seeking to recruit an HR Business Partner to join our existing team based out of our Denham offices on a hybrid approach. There may be the requirement to travel to the other locations.

- Facilitating the HR strategy, within in their area of responsibility
- Ability to deep-dive into processes and suggest areas for improvement.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR colleagues to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Implementation of site-specific diversity strategy and activities in addition to advising managers on diversity
- Key stakeholder relationship management and attendance at senior management meetings.
- Responsibility for complex HR related activities
- Governance of remuneration development in their area
- Embrace new IT tools and good working knowledge of MS packages & HR systems
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Qualified CIPD member or equivalent professional qualification or deep generalist knowledge across key technical HR areas
- Resilience and ability to influence in difficult situations
- Ability to think on your feet and find solutions, adjusting approach accordingly whilst reaching target end goal
- Ability to see the bigger picture, and awareness of wider implications of actions
- To have previous generalist experience within a multi-national organisation, with a strong understanding of HR processes and Employment Law
- Operational and Strategic planning capability
- Strong communicator across all levels of the organisation and with external contacts
- Able to use feedback to drive behaviour
- Data driven with analytical mindframe
- Protect the commercial interests of the company
