Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Barrow-In-Furness - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £70,000 + car allowance
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading strategic HR initiatives
- Partnering with senior managers across the business
- Understanding of the business and relationship management skills to provide specialist insight and advice to People Partners and People Leads
- Manage and lead projects to deliver agreed business/functional outcomes
- Develop effective and positive relationships with the People Partners and People Leads to support engagement with the wider People Team and other stakeholders within the business as required
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience in working in complex business
- Significant business partner experience
- Experience of delivering change projects
Desirable:
- CIPD level 5
- Collaborative working across HR
