The Opportunity:

This is a key front facing role working with stakeholders to implement the People Strategy and local area Business Plan. You will work in partnership with business leads, including our international colleagues, on key initiatives including organisation restructure / design, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations and governance through policy and procedure. You will be critical to championing and reinforcing the People business partnering model including a tiered People service offering.

About You:

We are looking for someone with substantial Business Partnering experience, who has worked on a wide range of People Initiatives such as transformational change, talent management and engagement. You will demonstrate practical and theoretical knowledge of HR in practice, and have a good understanding of employment law, along with hands-on experience of dealing with complex casework. You will be able to demonstrate credibility and integrity, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, and will enjoy asking questions and challenging stakeholders to drive the right outcomes, as well as looking ahead to anticipate issues before they arise. Being able to juggle priorities and adapt to change, you will enjoy being part of a growing team and organisation.
