Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives
- Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs to enhance employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across the organisation.
- Work closely with HR colleagues to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on employee relations in both white and blue-collar sectors
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling employee-related issues.
- Willingness to travel between Birmingham and the North as required.
