We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our esteemed global organisation. This role is hybrid requiring two days per week in the office and is a maternity contract that could lead to other other opportunities due to the size of the firm. Salary £60,000 with a 10% bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs to enhance employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across the organisation.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
Applicants will have:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on employee relations in both white and blue-collar sectors
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling employee-related issues.
  • Willingness to travel between Birmingham and the North as required.
