Job description

Summary: The HR Business Partner, reporting directly to the HR Manager, is primarily responsible for recruiting & onboarding. This role will also provide administrative support to the human resources function such as correspondence generation, file maintenance, and a variety of recordkeeping.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruiting for Exempt and non-Exempt positions.
  • Coordinate the employee on-boarding process.
  • Administration of employee reviews.
  • Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions as well as other company policies and processes.
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining the employee files and performing periodic audits of the files.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR sponsored employee events and participate in One Anderson event committee.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of the Human Resource department and/or company’s goals and objectives.
  • Occasional travel to other Anderson Process locations.


Education/Skills/Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited University.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in a Generalist role
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for a variety of roles including non-exempt and exempt roles.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office applications skills are required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs.
  • Organization skills for high volume workload.
  • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the company’s policies, procedures and practices with employees of all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively to problem-solve.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, high-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strict attention to detail.


Preferred:

  • PHR/SPHR certification.
