Job description
You will join HR Business Advisory Support Team that works across all lines of business and geographies, partnering with HR Business Advisors to support them in delivering strategic advisory and consultative engagements with business leaders. You will also get a chance to work directly with managers in a number of key areas.
This position is a perfect choice for you if you have relevant professional experience in HR who desire to expand their career in Human Resources. We are looking for highly motivated people who have a passion for HR, have the drive to learn new skills and the flexibility to take on different tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will have a dedicated training where you will receive a combination of online and in-person trainings towards an independent HR Partner Support role
- You will use software and reporting tools to present sensitive data
- You will learn how various HR processes work (Compensation planning, Talent/Performance Management)
- You will work with other HR teams and HR Centres of Excellence on various HR matters
- You will become a trustworthy HR partner for HR Business Partners and HR Country Heads
- You will work directly with Business Managers by providing them with advice and guidance on HR processes.
- You will learn how to organize your work and prioritize actions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Previous corporate experience, preferably in HR/Admin
- Good analytical skills – you have some experience with excel and confident in analyzing numerical data
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy – you listen and communicate in a direct, succinct manner
- Thoughtful and demonstrates good judgment – you are good at good decision-making
- Agility – you can easily shift between tasks/projects
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Good command of other European languages
