HR Business Adviser

Developing professional working relationships with managers and Trade Union colleagues alike, you’ll find ample scope to use your skillful communication and influencing abilities, supporting the implementation of our great workforce policies through advice, coaching and constructive challenge. With self -confidence and experience in handling employee relations cases, you’ll be someone who recognises the significance of the part you play in nurturing well-developed people management skills and paying attention to employee wellbeing in resolving cases, carefully balancing both a business and person-centric approach.
The role is part time (32 hours) and we welcome conversations around how you might work these hours. Our HR & OD team, work in a hybrid manner, with time split between home, office and customer work locations.
