Salary Range: £30K to £35k (DOE) per annum plus health insurance, pension, cash plan, life assurance, equity reward programme and flexible working.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Your day will focus on creating and maintaining a vibrant and appealing employer brand. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you will support all our global recruitment campaigns, working closely with the global HR and Marketing teams to implement a brand strategy that makes SBD stand out and get noticed!
- Developing engaging recruitment campaigns across all SBD regions
- Take hiring lead responsibility on a number of those recruitment openings
- Take the lead from a HR and employer branding perspective on SBD’s social media activity e.g., Glassdoor and LinkedIn
- Write engaging adverts and stories to attract and recruit the best people for the company and its culture, including job adverts and social media posts
- Bring ‘a day in the life of working at SBD’ to life in the digital space
- Taking inspiration from the value and impact of employee advocacy build the SBD employer brand through authentic experience and storytelling
- Collaborate with the global Marketing team and bring external best practice research to design and guide a contemporary ‘employer page’ creating an honest representation of our world of work and the people who work with us
ABOUT YOU
You will have HR or Marketing qualifications with proven experience in an HR recruitment role with specific responsibilities for employer branding.
The following additional experience is desirable:
- Additional language skills would be a great asset, particularly Chinese, Japanese, and German
- Experience working in the automotive industry would be beneficial.
