Location: The role is based as working from home with travel to any of our four sites for meetings being required when necessary. Ideally the furthest site from your home address should be no further than 1 hour away.

Salary: £21,290 - £22,378 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications

We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Assistant with previous experience of Human Resources administration to join our team. You will play a key role in providing an efficient and responsive HR service to the organisation, covering recruitment and payroll. You will be highly organised and have the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

This is a busy, varied role and is ideal for those who want to develop their HR career and grow within the role.

The role is based as working from home with travel to any of our three sites for meetings being required when necessary. Ideally the furthest site from your home address should be no further than 1 hour away.

Please note you must have sufficient broadband speed to be able to work from home.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience

  • Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above.
  • Proven experience of working in an HR environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Experience of taking minutes at formal meetings.
  • Proven experience of assisting with recruitment and payroll.
  • Proven strong administration skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Awareness and understanding of the importance of Confidentiality within the HR department, demonstrating discretion at all times.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Team Player.
  • Travel to any of our four sites for meetings will be required when necessary. Ideally their furthest site from your home address should be no further than 1 hour away.
