Job title: HR Assistant - Interview Support

Salary: £29059+
What you’ll be doing:
- The HR Assistant (Interviewing) will assist in this delivery through the provision of administrative support to functional lead interviewers (SME/technical interviewers), listening closely to the conversation as questions are asked and responses provided
- The HRA (I) will be required to capture clear & (as far as possible) verbatim notes during interviews based on the Q&As and completing the interview packs to align with the lead interviewers decision of Offer, Talent Pool or Reject
- This must be completed by the end of each day with an accompanying decision (as reflected on the interview pack summary page) to provide to the PM Resource Supply to allow allocation against a vacancy slot and an offer made
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- The ability to listen and capture notes verbatim based on interview discussions
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail to allow for timely completion of interview packs
- Ability to work easily with and provide support to multiple stakeholders – potentially up to 4 different people within 1 day, at differing levels of seniority
Desirable:
- Experience of working in, and an understanding of, the recruitment environment
- An understanding of the key programmes within BAE Systems and the Air sector
- An understanding of the 180 degrees recruitment process and / or experience gained in a recruitment environment

The Resource Supply Cell team:
The newly established Resource Supply Cell has been developed to meet the resourcing requirements of the Air Sector, utilising a core team to identify resource solutions to deliver demand across 3 key sourcing solutions (Permanent/Experienced hires recruitment, Subcontractor recruitment and Early Careers recruitment).
