WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Regional Human Resource Assistant, you will be pivotal executing the regional people management activities and provide HR services to the Global Specialty Businesses (GSB) members. In this role, you'll administrate a variety of HR processes and programs including, but not limited to, onboarding, job changes, leave of absence, offboarding, and immigration visas/work permits, gearing towards seamless people operations UK-based employees plus additional tasks supporting across the European region. You'll communicate and collaborate with BCG HR, as well as other BCG and GSB functions, like Finance or Career Development. You will be responsible for maintaining data in BCG's people management system and supporting analysis and reports of HR data.
You will be part of a collaborative group of HR professionals, working in a positive team environment, managing, and supporting multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often with varying difficulty and with differing levels of priority.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Completed university degree (Bachelor preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field- Up to 6 months’ work experience or internship in HR and/or business operations, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in MS Office products (especially Outlook, Excel, and Power Point); Workday experience preferred
