Job description
We are urgently looking for an Admin Support Officer to join the HR Recruitment & Workforce Information team until October 2023.
This is a full time 37.5 hour position and is office based at St Catherine Health Centre.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with good organisational and time management skills and a willingness to learn.
The successful candidate will support the teams with duties such as
- carrying out pre-employment checks
- printing and issuing ID badges.
- responding to enquiries via phone, in-person, or via e-mail
- performing records maintenance in TRAC and ESR
- maintaining electronic and paper files
- running reports
- meeting and greeting visitors to the department; and
- performing other support functions as necessary
The full job description and person specification is attached. If you have HR experience or have working in admin in the NHS previously that would be great, but this role could just as easily suit a school leaver without experience.
