This post offers an excellent opportunity to work across the range of operational HR and systems. The role will be split between HR & Recruitment Services and our HR Business Support team.
Within HR & Recruitment Services you will support a number of University-wide processes and projects, working closely with the HR Manager in the team. Working across different areas of this will provide a great opportunity for anybody wishing to expand their HR knowledge or wishing to gain transferable skills in project support/management.
Within the HR Business Support team, you will provide support to members of the HR Executive Team and other departmental duties. This will include diary management for two Associate Directors, setting up meetings and arranging conference trips, along with administration activities relating to IT, Estates support, office environment and equipment, Health and Safety and general day-to-day office tasks and queries
You will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, the ability to manage your own workload balancing priorities to meet deadlines and a high level of interpersonnel and communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent attention to detail.
This role is fixed-term to cover maternity leave.
