Human Resource Administrative Assistant
Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a dynamic and energetic HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department in a variety of administrative and regulatory functions including monitoring and maintaining the electronic human resources information system to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Our staff has grown from a dozen individuals to over 350 specially trained professionals who work as a team to help patients live fully and comfortably. Schedule:
Full-time with benefits including medical insurance - Schedule options of 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on candidate's preference
Requirements:
- Must be energetic, outgoing with the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Prior experience working with ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll/HRIS experience required
- Prior experience working within an HR department required
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Strong computer technology skills including Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Computer proficiency with compiling statistical information, trending, tracking and presenting information required.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Respects differences in cultures and beliefs and awareness of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access is incorporated into all daily practices.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining confidential electronic employee personnel files in ADP in compliance with all state, federal and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Recording, tracking, and monitoring regulatory onboarding and annual requirements in ADP for all personnel including all clinical licensing and competency information.
- Updates the HRIS system timely with all changes, additions, and deletions as needed to maintain accurate records including personnel file information.
- Prepares check requisitions and maintains necessary documentation for all HR invoices and submits to Finance for processing as needed.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations for various meetings.
- Creates employee communication pieces and distributes information to employees regarding HR sponsored events and initiatives.
- Provides backup front desk receptionist duties as needed to support the functions of the agency.
- Updates HR policies and procedures and Employee Handbook as needed and as directed
- Assists with coordination of HR sponsored employee events and the department’s monthly General Orientation program.
