The Dean Trust is looking to appoint a suitably qualified, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a HR Assistant for two secondary schools located in Trafford borough; Ashton on Mersey School, Cecil Avenue, Sale, Cheshire, M33 5BP and Broadoak School, Warburton Lane, Partington, M31 4BU.
The Trust HR team consists of a HR Director, HR Manager, HR Advisor with several HR Assistants assigned to manage the operational tasks of the HR function within their dedicated school(s).
The post holder will be expected to lead the provision of Human Resources for both Ashton on Mersey and Broadoak School. You will be a key member of both school communities, including the wider HR Team who are distributed across the Trust.
The role of HR Assistant is to provide a high quality, efficient HR service for multiple schools within the Trust, ensuring that confidentiality and data protection requirements are met at all times.
This is a customer focused role to provide effective support across the HR function with particular focus on recruitment, maintaining accurate employee records and operational HR administration.
Your normal place of work will be Ashton on Mersey School in Sale, Cheshire however regular travel between Ashton on Mersey and Broadoak School will be required as part of the role.
You will be the sole HR specialist at your designated school sites and work under the supervision of a Trust HR Advisor who will be available to offer instruction and guidance on a regular basis.
