Who we are looking for:
Someone who wants to develop their career in HR and gain experience providing administration and project support. You will need to be driven and determined, super organised and thrive on variety and a busy work load.
What will you be doing:
- Supporting across the team in the delivery of HR & Recruitment administration as well as project and research work.
- Supporting with day to day queries, such as advising on policy and best practice.
- Work as part of projects teams to deliver HR projects including performance management, HR systems and process, reward initiatives, and a range of L&D initiatives.
- Manage monthly payroll processes, collating accurate information
- Undertake exit interviews and report and analyse feedback and trends.
- HR reporting: sickness records, headcount reports and monthly activity summaries
- Research and analyse market trends to keep us up to date.
What do we need from you:
- 1 years’ experience in a HR or Administration role
- A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver together
- Good at managing your time and priorities
- An eye for detail and passionate about providing high quality service
- Research and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and generate ideas
- Be comfortable to travel and have a driving license to visit client offices when needed.
