QCL is a leading domiciliary care company working within the London Borough of Hounslow and employing 70+ staff. We are currently looking for a permanent PART TIME employee to work 3 DAYS A WEEK (the pay advertised will be pro rata for 24 HOURS PER WEEK). The main priority for this role is payroll processing and invoicing, therefore Sage Payroll experience is essential. The other tasks would be to assist in carer recruitment, training and administration. This position would be based within our friendly team in the office in Hounslow.

Reporting to – Office Manager and Finance/IT Manager
Required Attributes – Loyalty, Reliability & Integrity.
Education - Good spoken and written communication skills. Accounts and Sage Payroll knowledge essential. Proficient level of Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook.
Professional Experience – Payroll and Accounts experience essential. People Management Experience desirable. Organised with attention to detail. HR knowledge (desirable, not essential).
Responsibilities/Job Description – Initially covering maternity leave for Payroll and Accounts Administrator, then job sharing the Payroll and Accounts tasks and working closely with Carer Manager on carer recruitment, training and administration.

Salary: £26,109.00-£30,000.00 per year
