Job Title: HR Assistant (Temp)

Contract Type: 6 Month Temp OR Perm/PT (50%)
What you’ll do as an HR Assistant
This is a very exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant working as part of a newly formed global People team in a growing role. Your role will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Be responsible for supporting and coordinating general HR activities and providing administrative support.
- Be a subject matter expert on HR systems and reporting procedures (Workday etc)
- Supporting the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide support to the business in all aspects of employee/worker lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee screening, induction, benefits, compensation and general admin requests.
- Coordination of cyclical people activities such as salary reviews, bonus payments and holiday purchase and sell windows.
- Manage system access requirements for new starters, leavers and changes in conjunction with Enterprise IT.
- Audit data regularly to maintain adherence to GDPR and in-house policies.
- Ensure practices are in place to meet assure compliance or other auditable processes as required.
What it takes to join the team
- Strong organizational skills, able to work well as part of a team but also individually.
- Workday / HR Systems experience essential.
- Experience in a similar role / HR/People experience.
- Experience of dealing with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective confident communicator (both written and oral) with the ability to build relationships and engage with people at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (Office, Word etc).
- Experience working with large data sets and have an eye for accuracy and completeness.
- Be degree educated and/or be studying towards your CIPD qualification (Level 3 min).
