Norwood Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Company and ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Maintain and organize accurate employee records, including personal information, benefit enrollment forms, performance reviews, etc.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and conducting pre-employment screening checks
- Support new employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and address related inquiries
- Generate reports on HR metrics and assist with data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Perform general administrative tasks, i.e. scheduling meetings and organizing HR/Company events
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar HR Support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
