The resourcing team at NET Professional are partnering with a long-term client to aid them in their search for a talented and dynamic HR Assistant to join the team in the greater Winsor area. The scope of this role is to work as an integral part of the HR team in the UK, supporting the senior HR professionals with light administration duties and playing a key role in the coordination of Expat workers from within the EMEA region. Alongside this there will be opportunities to embark on ad-hoc HR projects and undertake simple finance duties to support the day-to-day running of the company's UK presence and its workforce.

Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Providing administrative support for all aspects of HR including contracts, letters, document creation and amendments
  • Supporting the coordination of Expat relocation and assist Expats during their assignments, including managing the via process
  • Filing UK Income Tax Returns for Expats and enrolling them onto the payroll system
  • Ensuring HR databases are kept up to date at all times
  • Processing invoices, raising purchase orders, ensuring payments are made on time and that efficiency is maximised
  • Responding to general internal queries relating to HR matters
  • Working on the improvement of procedures surrounding EMEA Expats
  • Assisting co-workers with HR department and Expats cost control

What you will need to Apply:
The business is keen to hear from ambitious HR professionals who come from a generalist background and have additional experience handling administrative duties to support the wider HR team. Ideally, the company is searching for a professional who has begun their CIPD journey and possess level 3 at least. Due to the fact that the business is international, specifically operating in the Japanese market, they require an individual who can speak and write Japanese, if possible, although they will look at strong HR profiles that do not have this skill. Excellent communication skills in English are essential as well as a good aptitude for IT.

What you will get in Return:
The company is offering a starting salary in the region of £30,000 which will be dependent on previous HR experience, qualifications and if the candidate can communicate in Japanese. As an additional bonus, this role will provide excellent experience handling international elements on HR, including coordinating Expat workers, and working with global HR teams, thus building a strong foundation for future endeavours that may require more specialist experience.
