Jensten Group are a fast growing and collaborative business based in Huntingdon but with offices across the UK. We have grown significantly over the past 5 years and continue to do this and make sure we can deliver on our promise of caring more about our people we are looking to recruit a newly created role into our HR operations team.
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of HR operational effectiveness by co-ordinating the employee life cycle process and supporting on the administration of key monthly deliverables such as payroll and analytics.
Key duties will include:
- Co-ordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for the Group, ensuring the employee journey is in keeping with our values.
- As part of employee onboarding, ensure probation periods processes are being adhered to in the HR system and employees are being signed off on-time.
- Support on key monthly processes including, payroll, analytics and benefits updates where required.
- Act as the key partner between HR and IT, maintaining a strong working relationship with the Service Desk.
- Maintain HR systems ensuring they are operationally effective, compliant, and fit for purpose.
- Co-ordinator the HR ticketing system, ensuring enquiries are filtered and escalated appropriately.

Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
