Job description - HR Assistant
In this HR Assistant role in London, you will work closely with the founder of the group as well as the Marketing Lead, HR & Hiring Manager, Account Manager, and UX Designer on project work across these various functions.
This role is suitable for someone with a broad skill set and an appetite to learn how a rapidly scaling business operates. The aim of this role would be to work across multiple facets of the group, increase your understanding and commercial awareness, and then specialise and focus on the areas that you find most fulfilling. Key responsibilities - HR Assistant
In this HR Assistant opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:
- You will work closely with the various teams across the business on a wide range of projects, conducting ad-hoc tasks and offering an operational viewpoint
- You will conduct independent research projects on behalf of the Operations team, enabling yourself and the team to maintain and optimise processes
- Accurately update employee records on our HR systems and produce appropriate documentation in a timely fashion, ensuring deadlines are met
- Owning the scheduling and managing of all the logistics relating to onboarding
- Office management of our Liverpool St based space, keeping everything orderly and being on top of everything
- Supporting the business by being a member of our Charity Committee, hosting meetings each quarter and giving regular updates to the business.
- Planning and executing whole company and operations team events e.g. offsites, Christmas parties, socials, team building days etc.
- You will be the account manager for technical support across the business, fielding internal questions to our external provider
- You will work with the operations team, conduct research projects, and conduct training to ensure that all tech across the business is protected and secure
Job requirements - HR Assistant
- A 2.1 from university
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong numerical ability and great attention to detail
- The capability to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Exceptional time, client, and project management skills
- Logical with a problem-solving mindset
- A genuine interest and curiosity in software, science, technology & innovation
