Elastacloud is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with designations for Azure in Data & AI, Infrastructure and Digital & App Innovation. We are an established Databricks Consulting Partner, working since 2018 on Azure.
Elastacloud is a diverse global community, with our team spread across the UK, Spain, India, & Brazil.
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing general support to the HR team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of human resources policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in the development of training programmes for employees.
- Assist in providing advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
