We are a metal recycling company currently based over 5 locations. We pride ourselves with great customer service, team work and efficiency.
The position we are looking to fill is to support our team/company in all aspects of HR duties and responsibilities, always ensuring excellent outstanding customer service. This is a new role within the company and we are look for someone who can bring their own ideas and enthusiasm.
We are flexible and hours of work are to be discussed.
Responsibilities: HR Administrator
· Able to operate HR systems ensuring data is entered correctly.
· Support department managers in the recruitment process.
· Offer letter, contractual preparation for new starters, internal promotions, and amendments for changes.
· Obtaining and responding to reference requests.
· Set up and maintain employee electronic files.
· Ensuring compliance within the work place including chasing outstanding paperwork.
· Arrange and monitor internal personal development reviews & monitor well being reviews.
· Implement and support staff well being events.
· Support regular company meetings.
· Promote and arrange training.
· Fully manage on boarding and off boarding process ensuring all staff obtain the correct inductions and training.
· Review, Maintain and manage the HR budget.
· To ensure day records and timesheets are accurately entered and in a timely manner, updating where necessary.
· Processing holiday requests and recording entitlement details.
· Liaise with senior management about any ideas or concerns.
Skills / Experience: HR Administrator
· Strong Communication skills.
· High attention to detail.
· Ability to work on all levels with the team and managers.
· It Literate, processing outstanding Microsoft applications knowledge and experience along with Xero.
· Time management and individual prioritising tasks.
· Team Player.
· Can do attitude.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
