Job description
· Recruiting – Record all vacancies in the system openings log. Create position requisitions, work with the talent acquisition group to ensure optimal amount of candidates. Screen viable candidates, schedule interviews for respective managers. Manage and process employees through the onboarding process. This includes background check, create and present offer letters, schedule pre-employment clinic visit, ensure employee is COVID vaccinated or has appropriate documentation for any exemptions. Responsible for candidate sourcing by working with the talent acquisition group, job fairs, etc. Complete OFCCP logs with regard to any outreach for veterans groups, Texas Workforce Commission, etc.
· Orientation and Onboarding and paperwork – Walk employee through the onboarding process. Including WOTC, I9, Vaccination Records, Fit Test information, etc. Ensuring all documentation is collected and file is created in accordance with Crothall policy.
· HR Assignments/Projects - Assists with HR assignments and projects as needed.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

- Houston, TX 77030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
