Human Resources Assistant, Clayton Hotel Belfast
We have a fantastic new vacancy for a HR Assistant in our fantastic city centre hotel, Clayton Belfast This is a part time role working 20-28 hrs per week.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR assistant will provide support to the people operations of the hotel. They will also support in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and training & development of our talented employees.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead / Support recruitment and selection for the hotel.
- Drive Training and Development for employees accross the hotel.
- Support HR Administrative duties, with a focus on compliance.
- Be a trusted advisor to the hotel management team.
- Be a true ambassador for Clayton Belfast and the Dalata hotel group.
- Assist in other Dalata hotels as and when required.
Requirements:
- Previous HR experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
- A passion for Training and Development with the ability to support the broader hotel team with succession planning.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
- HR qualification would be an advantage.
