Job description
The council is looking for an HR Assistant to join our friendly HR team to provide excellent customer focused service that delivers HR support for the council. In this role, you will provide efficient HR support and administration across the full employee life cycle and HR activities, including recruitment, selection and induction and attendance management.
The Person
You will have experience in business administration, be used to working to deadlines and with conflicting priorities. You will have excellent customer services skills and a drive to deliver in a highly pressured environment. You will be proficient in maintaining accurate data using a variety of IT programmes including Microsoft Office. Experience of working in a Human Resources environment is desirable but not essential.
