Job Title: HR Assistant

Type: Part Time / Fixed Term / Remote

Hours: 21 hours per week

Salary: DOE

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

  • To support the wider function with any project work by completion of administration related tasks and activities to ensure the smooth running of the department and adherence to compliance and legislative requirements
  • Develop a positive working environment promoting the HEART principles and Mission Statement.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting and issuing of contracts and job change letters
  • Ensuring admin support is provided to the wider HR Team
  • Maintaining accurate records on systems

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight timescales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be analytical with a good attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR
