The Team:*
You will be joining a vibrant team of fast learners who are highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, As a team, we are always looking to match the growth of the company in order to provide the best possible support, in order to do this not only are we growing the size of the team, we are also constantly improving our processes to make our work as efficient as possible. The team works closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders as well as building strong working relationships with different areas of the business, this helps us provide the best possible support.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 1 day per week in the London office.
Responsibilities:The Role:
This role is essential in supporting almost all aspects of the employee journey. From onboarding all the way through to an employees last day with everything in between, this role is a vital cog in ensuring smooth running of the employee experience and the business as a whole. You will be reporting directly to the HR Administration Manager and working in a team of HR Administrators as well as having a close relationship with our Payroll team.
The ideal candidate will be:
