HR Assistant
Site D, West Bromwich & Site E, Wolverhampton
Monday-Friday, 0800-16:00

At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.
This role will be based ~3 days per week at Site D, and ~2 days per week at Site E.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is an excellent opportunity to take your career within HR to the next level by continually developing your people skills, being involved with a wide variety of ER cases, and becoming indispensable to the efficient running of our HR processes. You can expect the role to involve:
· Working across 2 of our sites (Site D 3 days per week, and Site E 2 days per week),
· Being involved with a range of ER casework,
· Supporting the managers on absence Management,
· the ER tracker,
· Range of administration duties,
· Right to work checks,
· You’ll be enrolled on your CIPD Level 3 as part of your journey with us.
ABOUT YOU:
If you’re fanatical about food, thrive under pressure and have the can-do spirit that’s created our success. Bring those qualities, with the following and you will have the recipe for success:
· Competent using a HR system,
· Experience using a payroll system ideally,
· Been involved with ER casework (minutes / supporting investigations etc.)
· Previously been in an HR Admin or similar position,
· Wants to learn and develop,
· Either started studying CIPD or able to be enrolled by us when you join,
· Able to understand when and why you would need to escalate issues,
· Good commercial awareness
