Job Description
We are looking for a HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our rapidly growing Car Supermarket based in Watford (stocking 250+ preowned vehicles, with a target of 1000 cars by 2024). With a competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (DOE) and a more than achievable first year OTE of £40k+.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with hiring managers to write job descriptions and assess hiring needs
- Advertise and manage all company job postings through online platforms such as linkedin, reed, indeed and internal website etc.
- Screen candidates via phone calls and book suitable applicants in for interviews with hiring managers using diary system
- Work closely with hiring managers and make sure they are updated through the recruitment process
- Provide interview feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
- Building effective partnerships with recruitment agencies and negotiating terms of business
- Provide support with the successful candidates’ onboarding, which includes sending offer letters, job contracts, training schedules, Bright HR setup and maintenance etc.
- Play a critical role in ensuring that all compliance and training required for new starters is completed timeously
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure equipment and other necessities are ready for when staff join
- Provide relevant first line HR advice to employees and liaise with our HR partner company Peninsula for relevant cases
Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Compensation Package
- Basic up to £30,000 (depending on experience) with an OTE of £40,000+
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
