The Role:
Ink are on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive individual to join us as part of our HR function, based in our London office.
The HR team covers all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, employee relations, reward, talent management, learning and development, employee experience and offboarding. We are growing the team to enable us to continue to level up the employee experience and provide seamless support to all of our colleagues.
Working closely with our newly appointed Head of HR, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
· First point of contact for employee queries via the HR mailbox
· Keeping up to date records and managing them in line with GDPR regulations
· Payroll liaison and administration of joiners, leavers and employee changes
· First line support for employee relations activity
· Responsibility for our HRIS systems and associated reporting
· Supporting on recruitment activities such as candidate screening and coordinating selection processes
· Supporting our teams with administrative support for freelance / off payroll resource
· Benefits administration and promotion
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an organised, proactive HR generalist who brings continuous improvement mindset and would enjoy working as part of a small team shaping the employee experience within a vibrant, creative environment going through a period of growth and change we would love to meet you.
Required skills: -
· Previous experience in an HR role
· Experience using an HRIS and producing reports
· Payroll liaison to manage starters, leavers and changes
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Works at pace with accuracy
· Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
· Strong communication skills
Desirable skills: -
· Previous experience supporting on recruitment activity
· IR35 / Off payroll worker administration and guidance
· GDPR exposure and knowledge
· Experience in implementing change / improvements to ways of working
· Previous knowledge of or exposure to creative environments
· Previous experience working across global markets, especially Singapore or the US
· CIPD qualified
The role is offered on a permanent basis with hybrid working opportunities available and a benefits package.

Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
