Vines of Guildford is looking for an HR and Development Coordinator (12-month maternity cover).

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for building people and organisation capability by coordinating the learning and development function in the Business.
- Management and continuous improvement of a new starter onboarding programme for all new starters, transfers, and promotions.
- Coaching managers to build the organisation and people capability.
- Proactive management of all BMW Academy training in order to achieve Company targets and required certification levels.
- With support from the HR Manager manage our people’s succession and growth plans.
- Management of the Vines Apprenticeship programme including mentoring of the apprentices.
- Management of our eLearning system
- Coordination of HR and Training compliance.
- First point of contact for any internal training-related issues/queries
- Work alongside the HR Business Partner to coordinate Vines employee internal and social media content to maximise engagement.
- Contribute towards developing a culture of team engagement which is a crucial part in achieving the overall business strategy
- As part of the HR team, strive to create a working environment which fully embraces our brand values.
- Be an advocate for wellbeing, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Location: Predominately office-based, Multisite (Crawley, Redhill and Guildford) with the option of hybrid working, 1-2 days per week.
Hours: 40 hours per week over a Monday to Friday-period.
Your profile
- At least 2 years of HR or L &D experience
- Ability to build relationships and deliver a high standard of HR to the business
- A self-starter with proven record of gaining buy in and delivering results which add value and fit with the Vines brand values
- Ability to self-direct, problem solve and focus on multiple details simultaneously
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and in writing.
- Multi-site experience would be an advantage
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
