We are constructing a state-of-the-art underground mine to enable the extraction of Polyhalite – a unique multi-nutrient fertiliser – along with the necessary infrastructure both above and below ground that will be required for transport, processing, and distribution.
POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many micronutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximise their crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.
Job Description
-Join us as a HR Analyst where you will support the HR function with configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Oversee daily administration of all HR Systems and support Cyclical BAU actions, activities, ongoing design, development, rollout, implementation and integration.
- First line of support for system issues, a central point of contact in collating, troubleshooting, resolving and escalating issues, working with Group interfaces.
- Represent Crop Nutrients on the Group SAP Success Factors Governance Forum to ensure key enhancements and system changes are fit for purpose for Crop Nutrients
- Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration and test workflows.
- Produce and maintain system documentation guidance and education material.
- Provide HR reports and data as requested from key stakeholder groups.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, using the HR data analytics tool or other data sets and provide rapid iterations of analysis to refine posed problems, and identify potential solutions.
- Qualifications
-Great analytical skills - Previous experience of HR Systems
- Experience in analyzing data trends.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
- Good attention to detail
- Expertise in defining and analyzing business processes and dataflow.
- A good understanding of HR processes.
- Good level of knowledge in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Additional Information
-A valid UK country driving license is required for this role - This role may require a company medical assessment in line with the role requirements.
- A background screening application is also required for this role.
